Equality quality assurance
EqID provide advice, guidance and support to SME in the private sector to help develop equality and diversity policies and processes that will help them have the necessary requirements to bid for contracts when working with the public sector, including the London Olympic games

What we do
Civil and Commercial Mediation
Our lead consultant is an ADR Group Accredited Civil and Commercial Mediator and provides mediation to a range of companies. She is also a member of approved national and Regional Mediation networks.
EqID provide a range of mediation service to companies and individuals to enable them to achieve satisfactory outcomes and helping to reduce the high cost of litigation.
Discipline and Grievance Handling
EqID has worked with large and small companies in the public, voluntary and faith based sector to enable them to satisfactorily resolve conflicts that may lead to litigation.
Employment Advice
EqID provides a full range of Human Resource advice and support to organisations including employment contracts, terms and conditions, employment policies and in-house briefings and training.
Equality and Diversity support
Over the past two years, EqID has successfully supported a number of high profiled organisations to develop equality and diversity structures, systems and processes that has enabled them to deliver their equalities and diversity commitments and statutory obligations.
EqID has successfully developed and delivered be-spoke equalities training to a diverse client group and has delivered awareness-raising and briefing seminars to senior executives, Board members and elected officials. We are rightfully proud of the professional approach we bring to our work and the reason that our clients re-engage us to work with them over long periods.
Equality and Diversity training
EqID provide full day training and well as in-house bespoke equality and diversity sessions for companies on the current UK and EU discrimination legislation and their importance in enhancing business efficiency and the financial ‘bottom line’.
