It will explore the principles of effective spiritual and ethical leadership models, delegation and development.  The programme will include practical exercises and activities to enable leaders to address specific issues that may arise in their organisations

The programme will look at the three prerequisites for successful presentations. It will include theory and practice. It will especially benefit directors, senior managers, faith-based and community leaders and anyone who is regularly required to make presentations to small and large audiences.

Effective Leadership in Meetings, Committees, and Boards
This programme is essential for faith and community leaders, it will explore the ten tips for chairing a committee or board, the traits of effective committee leadership and meeting planning.

Stress Management
Know the difference between stress and pressure and recognise the symptoms in them selves and their team. Identify what causes the stress and seek ways to improve the causes. Understand how stress can affect the mind, body and spiritual leadership.

 Team Building
For anyone who has a team and wants to develop them further. This is not a course but more a shared activity session for team leader and the team to learn together whilst having some fun.
