The programme will explore the CBI Business case strategy for small businesses and will help businesses to develop that standard policies that are needed to comply with the equality and diversity business case.
Public Duty Requirement
The Race, Disability and Gender equality duty places specific statutory duty on all public authorities. The programme will help managers and HR professionals in health, education and local authorities to get in-depth understanding of processes that will need to put in place to become compliant with these legislation.
Equality Impact Assessments
Participants will get an in-depth overview of the systematic process for assessing and eliminating inherent discrimination from internal policies and procedures to meet the requirement of the Race, Disability equality and Gender equality duty on organisations.
